Megg40 0 Posted June 13, 2010 Hi.... I, too, have PMDD. I have found that my cycles get WORSE since losing some weight....I just finished my cycle 2 days ago and now I'm feeling a bit down today...I also am fighting the same 3 pounds for 1.5 weeks....It is so frustrating.... I take zoloft, and find it does help with the regular depression I have, but not the PMDD symptoms.... I am 40 years old, have no kids and will not have any....give me a hysterectomy now please...:waytogo: Also, since being banded my periods are alot heavier...
