super_slim_me 0 Posted June 22, 2009 Hi Tali, I'm also due to have my lap band surgery soon on the 9th July in Hong Kong. I'm very excited and a bit apprehensive too!What is the date of surgery? suzanne.meyers1 0 Posted June 22, 2009 My surgery is 2 weeks away also, I am getting more excited and nervous by the day. I have read and heard that is really good to lose 10-30 lbs before surgery because it helps with the size of the liver and there is less chance of damage during surgery. It is in my pre-op material.
