I would recommend spinning for plateus. I joined the gym this week after much debate and i am commited to spinning 3x a week. My size 16pants which i just bought two weeks ago are now so loose! I have dropped 4lbs this week already. I love spinning and i am sure this is what i just need . Spinn 3x a week, and elipitical 2x a week + weights. Gotta move to lose, this is not like RYN, though sometimes i wish i could just sit on my toush and melt off.

Spinning classes have been the single most effective fat burning tool for me.

i love spinning!

took me forever to find a cardio activity that i enjoyed and looked forward to - spinning is it!

i go 3X a wk.
