Emergency Kit

Went to the doctor today and he told me what to keep as an "Emergency Kit". He says after walking, moving around, etc. doesn't help if you are stuck, a small amount of Adolph's meat tenderizer mixed with Water, or a swallow of Coke will help to dissolve the food. It should only be used if all else fails and not on a regular basis.
