My first solid meal since being banded...

So I am eating my first solid meal. Not sure if I'm doing this right...

I toasted a piece of pumpernickle bread, spread 1 tsp. of light mayo, 1 oz of roast beef (deli) (folded it up to make a sandwhich) and three cantoloupe balls... it's going down just fine and tastes so gooood! lol...weight wise it added up on the scale to a little over 3 oz. is this the way I'm supposed to measure the 2-4 oz of food? just weigh it on the food scale?

When I make a meal I weigh each individual product and add it together. Your method sounds fine though. Glad our sandwich tasted good, feels good to eat solid food again too, huh?lol Good luck to you!
