I understand you completely. I was banded on 7th of July. My Dr. put me on this crazy 7 day Clear Liquids diet. 3 tlbs Isopure 3tlbs broth and 3tlbs Jello. I was dying by the 3rd night. I regretted doing this whole thing. Youre not alone alot of us feel the same way. If you really get down call youre dr. ask if you can modify your diet. Thats what i did and i feel a whole lot better.
