Not sure if anyone tried these yet, I think there are 4 flavors.

I really enjoy the Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate - and for the whole bottle there are 20 calaroies. And it has 250% of my Vitamin C and 20% of the daily Vitamin B that my dr wants me to take  So thats even better

It's a nice change to plain ol' Water or crystal light, etc.......

I've tried them but they are too bitter for me. Maybe stevia (the sweetener used in these drinks) is an acquired taste. For me, I prefer unsweetened iced tea (so refreshing!) or Crystal Light when I am craving something sweet.

Have you designed your ticker yet? The easiest way to do that is to click on someone else's ticker, then click on "design your own ticker" or something like that. Then when you're finished, it'll give you a code to copy. Then you paste that into the UserCP, edit signature.

Nope, haven't tried the "10" yet. I've only had the original, but I love the XXX flavor (Acai-Pomegranate-Blueberry)!!

It is sweetened with Stevia which is actually a herb. I am growing some in my backyard and if you bite one of the leaves it taste so sweet like sugar! Its so cool because artificial sweeteners are really not that great for us and its nice to have an alternative. The only thing you can't do with Stevia is bake with it but making drinks is perfect. Its my favorite drink!

I really enjoyed regular Vitamin Waters, so I thought I would try Vitamin Water 10. I really liked those early after my surgery, but then as time went on and I had gone longer and longer without eating a lot of sugar, I found them to be TOO sweet. Now I can't handle them anymore. I'm starting to even find that I prefer unsweetened iced tea instead of artificially sweetened. This coming from the girl that was ADDICTED to Diet Coke. Odd, huh ?

I bought it this morning, and was surprised to see Stevia in it, which tastes a lot like artificial sweeteners without the cancer causing side affects! It's really a great find, so thanks for starting this thread. I agree that it is a tad on the sweet side, but a neic break from plain Water. Also, the lable reads that it has "reverse osmosis water", another nice thing for your body.

I wonder where I can go to find other foods that people find that are nutritious, fast, and work well with the lapband?

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
