kristyn1975 0 Posted June 2, 2009 One year ago today i had my surgery! 60 lbs later...i feel great!!! It is a slow journey for me....and im far from being done!! I think we slow-losers should consider ourself to be in the average category, not "slow" losers. Some people just lose really fast. bigpapa2 0 Posted June 7, 2009 Congrats! I hit my 1 tr. banded 7/23 and i must say i am nervous about it. My insurance only pays for me to see my surgeon for one yr. so after that there wont be any every month visits and check-ups. i feel like I'm going to be on my own. i would love to lose another 38 lbs to hit my final goal, so we both have about the same amount to lose. good luck and you should be so proud of yourself.
