elgrad 0 Posted June 2, 2009 Hey! I have had the gall bladder thingy happen to me (I am not yet banded), so I can understand that you feel really bad. But, you did not bring that on yourself. It is temporary. Once you get healed and feel better, you can get back on the band wagon and get started on the weight loss again. Do not accept these things as defeats! You want to stay around for a long time, so look at this as a journey for the rest of your life. Not a quick sprint to the end, but a beautiful long journey. This is just a very short stop. Be positive in this and before you realize it, you will have forgotten all about the gall bladder and will be amazed at how well you feel and look! Lolagirlie 0 Posted June 2, 2009 Ms. Candace, Hang in there. Talk to your doctor about your fatigue, you may need to have some labs drawn. As far as feeling tired, I'm 3 months out and get tired easily. Our bodies are trying to adjust to lower calories etc. Make sure you make a concerted effort to get all of your needed Protein in daily so you don't get behind. The lack of protein can definitely influence your energy level. Do the best you can with the walking until your energy gets back...Hang in there, it's hard now but won't always be that way..You are doing great!!!

incipientesquire 0 Posted June 4, 2009 I just figured out yesterday I was having this issue ... I called my surgeon's office after being discharged from the ER and they helpfully offered to remove it. I guess gallbladder issues often occur after weight loss like this and I'm just so tired today. Sigh. I look forward to having it removed so I can get back to "normal."
