less-of-me 2 Posted June 1, 2009 Well I got back late last night. we left tj mexico at about 10:30 am and then went to San Diego. Our plane flight back to phoenix was not till 6:40 pm...so we walked around all day. not the best idea. Half way through the day I was so sick to my stomach form the gas and the pressure of my chest pushing on my stomach. By the time I got on the plane I thought I would throw up. But we got back to Phoenix about 8 pm I was so sick but after relaxing for a bit and taking pain meds I was doing much better. with the help of a heating pad I slept better last night and am feeling much better today. It just goes to show that it does not pay it over due it after surgery. But I am happy to be home and I am officially a mayo BANDITO!!

It is good to walk around and get the gas moving. Gas X strips were great............
less-of-me 2 Posted June 1, 2009 yeah I did over do it yesterday but had no choice with having a late plane flight. today I am taking it easy and feeling much better. The gas was worse then I expected. ecspecially in the shoulders and when it gets caught in a ball in your chest. gas x strips have helped but I think what has helped most is the heating pad. the heating pad is my new best friend. how long does it typically take for the gas to go away?
