Help, I started my liquid diet today.........

I started the liqiud diet today and am feeling weak in the stomach with a head ache, will this last long? Also, if anyone has some words of wisdom to help me through I would love to hear them!!!:party::ohmy::thumbup:

is this your pre-op liquid diet? ?? or were you just banded? if pre-op when is your surgury?

Pre-op diets vary DRAMATICALLY from doctor to doctor. What is on your list? maybe someone will have suggestions based on that.

Clear Liquids, slimfat low carb and protien drinks/powders

June 16th? wow. my Dr. only requires clear liquids 24 hours prior so there wasn't much struggle. I ate like a (fat) king until a Sunday night and was Banded Tuesday morning. :party:

That's pretty strict! Glad mine was more relaxed.

apple juice, white grape juice, chicken broth, beef broth (maybe?), SF Jello, SF popsicles, crystal light in your Water, K20 Protein Water (never drank this but it does have some Protein which might help a little bit with hunger).
