Eating different meats or foods is different for everyone, but just in case you haven't tried red meat, keep it in mind.

When eating red meat cut up the pieces really small and eat only a 1/4 or less of the amount of meat you would normally eat. If you eat 4 ounces of meat normally, 1-2 ounces might be all you can handle.

This became prevelent for me today. I am finding it true almost everytime, especially with roast, steak, bbq chicken etc, etc.
