I do 8oz milk, one scoop of whey Protein powder then add either a tea spoon of SF/FF instant pudding and a bit of crushed ice or some fruit or sometimes both (frozen raspberries and lemon pudding). One of my favorite ways is a bananna and reduced fat Peanut Butter or frozen strawberries and RF PB.

I, also, make my drink like this, but I don't use reduced fat Peanut Butter as it has more sugar in it. But, love the banana/pb taste, yummy! Karen(kll724)

I have one made by Cooks, from JC Pennys. It is cheeper thatn the bullet and has 4 large cups and a few smaller ones, in fact my friend who have bullets now purchsed this one also.

System: Appliances

I just wish you could buy extra cups and colored rings.

I love mine, had it for over a year...but I think a seal or something has busted. Now when I blend the drinks, the drink actually spills out and its a mess. I'll just have to break down and buy another one.

I have found that drinking this Protein powder from powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury.com is really helping me lose weight, it's the best tasting that I've found and it has 20 grams of Protein, only 180 calories and 1% fat with 8 oz of skim milk. (Of course I only drink 6 oz of milk.) fills me up, lasts long and really taste great!! And NO CARBS!! Unjury Protein Powder, I think someone said you can get it at Walmart now, but I get it on line.

I just use a small rubbermaid shaker and it never clumps like other powders.< /p>

Has anyone heard anything about not putting your whey protein powder (with milk or Water, or whatever you add to it) in a blender due to the blender changing the the efficacy of the whey Proteins? I think I remember hearing this in one of my nutritional consultations. Would like to hear what anyone has to say about it. Thanks!
