Research in to lap banding surgery. If you have had lap band surgery at least two years ago I would love to hear about your experiences!! The purpose of the study I would like to know how various factors influence your life after the surgery, particularly with regard to weight loss and/or maintenance. What you have to do?     Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
