msbrady 0 Posted May 27, 2009 Any suggestions for a useful kitchen appliance/gadget? I have a blender but was wondering about the bennefits of a food processor...or anything else enlightening for me. Thank you
soniathekitty 0 Posted August 1, 2009 I have a blender, food processor, and magic bullet. The Magic Bullet is by far my best bud. It's quick, it dirties up way less, and preps drinks in the cup you can drink out of. And it doesn't take up much space. :-)
jujuvee 0 Posted August 1, 2009 I have a cusinart immersion blender, stick blender. It's amazing, I looked at the magic bullet but I have no need for 17 pieces. The stick blender is just 2 pieces.
Padanelle 2 Posted August 1, 2009 I hvae a Vitamix. Its expensive, but processes food so fine, you can use the skin on most fruits & veggies, where a lot of the nutrients are. It also makes icecream & sorbet, as well as hot Soup.< /p>
Blaze21 5 Posted August 1, 2009 I have a magic bullet. I used it just about everyday before I switched to premade Protein Drinks.< /p>
krtork 0 Posted August 1, 2009 I use an immersion blender, a regular blender and a mini-food processer/chopper. Those three things were very helpful in the beginning and I continue to use them.
bambam 0 Posted August 4, 2009 I have the JCPenney version of the Magic Bullet. I used it a lot and still use it for whipping up sauces, etc. I think my hubby got it for me when it was on sale for $20 - a great deal!
Bunz1969 4 Posted August 5, 2009 I can definitely vouch for the Magic Bullet. I started out using my blender, but found that it was just way too big and too much of a pain in the rump to clean each and every time.
