Hello to everyone. I just had my surgrey on Aug 24, 2005. Was so excited when they called with the date to have it. Glad its done, just hope to do good with it. Hello from Florida. I have been banded for a little while and lost some weight (still have a lot to go). I wish you all the luck and be easy with the new you, this is a very new and wonderful thing. You will most likely push the limits but who hasn't, Sometimes I still do, thank God those are few and far between. Don't get too hungry, when I get hungry I eat too fast and that's a BIG no no. I am happy for you that you have found this web site soon after your banding, unlike me I just found a month ago now. I am so happy to be in touch with people who are like me and have been through some of the same pain. Keep the faith, and the only dumb question is the one you don't ask. Peace for the south Butch
