Recommended Posts

For those of you who are losing 2+ lbs a week and doing cardio 3-4 times a week, do you know what your daily calorie intake is? What is your typical meals like? I do spin class 3-4 times a week and my weight loss is 1+ (if that some weeks) and I dont think that im getting enough food?

Breakfast: Either 2 eggs with ketchup or 1 bag oatmeal or 8oz carnation with a banana in it

Lunch: 4-5oz chicken salad, or 6oz salmon

Dinner: chicken, fish, Soup or Beans with salsa and sour cream (yum yum)

Dessert: 2 scoops of Bluebunny sugar free icecream, blended into a skim milk shake

I am sure that some will flip out on me, but I don't care. I am down 27lbs since being banded on 4/20, and 39 lbs since starting the one week liquids prior. I walk five days a week for one mile and it takes me about 20 min to walk it - so I am not breaking any land speed records nor chasing any antelope I may encounter....

Oh - drinking a crap load of Water with the 5 cal Hawaiian Punch mix in it.
