Lucky Losers Friday Weigh-in 5/22/09

Since no one has posted the weekly weigh in I figured I would go ahead and do it.

How was your week? Did you exercise? Are there some areas you think you can improve on? Or do you have something inspiring to share with the group?

Last week I weighed 189 and as of today I'm now 187. I'm doing it slow and steady.

great............2 lbs is just right.

I'm traveling this week, so do not have a scale. I'm having a hard time with getting my exerciseing in, but doing OK with the food choices and quality, but this is on will power. I have lost any restriction I had from my last fill and I'm not due for my next fill until the 29th.:thumbup:

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

      Sleeve surgery is on April 14th.  I am counting the days!!  Can't wait!

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
