mbranham0306 0 Posted July 24, 2009 This recipe does sound awesome. I loveeeee cheeseburgers so this will be a great substitute! 2% cheese is what I use. I've used it for years and love it.

snereb27 0 Posted August 8, 2009 i made the cheeseburger quiche today... i used lean turkey, no bacon, i added green, red and yellow pepers and a packet of ranch dressing seasoning... it was AMAZING!!!!! i didn't have low fat cheddar or mayo, so the calories were a bit higher, but even with full fat cheddar and mayo, i added up all the ingredients nutritional value and instead of having 6 servings i had 8, and it ended up being 354 calories. One serving made me satisfied and i didn't eat anything else with it, so it wasn't too bad for my lunch meal. Next time i will certainly use the low fat cheese and low fat mayo so that i can have a bigger piece.. haha spoken like a true bigmamma! actually, i'd be interested in seeing how many calories i would have saved using the low fat versions. and how it will taste... but it was sooooooooooo good. i will say, the seasoning made all the difference to me. i might load it with more veggies next time too.. broccoli, squash, etc i bet it will be even more amazing! HappyHomeCC 2 Posted November 9, 2009 MmMMMMm I LOVE QUICHE.... I make it with brocolli and turkey bacon, and onion garlic, you get the drill. I home make my crust too which I know I need to give up so I bought myself some 1 cup pyrex dishes so I can bake a couple for me and traditional for the family so I would not have the temptation of the crust. EmpressLizBunny 18 Posted December 21, 2009 absolutly delish i added some sauteed mushrooms and 1/2 packet ranch dressing mix to the meat used 90% lean beef and real bacon(what i had on hand for the holidays) had meant to add a diced Tomato or 2 but forgot will add it next time had about 320 cal a piece if cut into 8 pieces but since the only baking dish i had was square i cut it into 9 pieces i will definatly make it again(i might omit the bacon next time i tend not to eat it on my burgers anyway)
