BillOh 13 Posted June 8, 2009 (edited) Great Job! Keep pushing yourself and before you know it you will be attempting a half marathon like me. Keep up the good work. Runners high it the best drug in the world! My 10k went really well. I think the half Marathon is next year. Congrats on going from 45-30 bmi in 8 months. That is amazing. BillOh 13 Posted June 8, 2009 . Runners high it the best drug in the world! That may be the hardest thing in sports to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it. I do remember it from my high school cross country days. I've come close to the feeling again during this 10k.

pam726 0 Posted July 21, 2009 Congrats on the 5K!!! I remember the feeling that I had when i ran the entire time of mine as well. You will not forget it! My next goal is to run a full half marathon without walking. I did a half marathon in March with a pretty good time of 2 hours and 40 minutes but I did it on a 5/1 schedule. I am signed up for another one in November and hope to run the whole thing!!!
