What 1 lb of boby fat looks like

I found this interesting picture so i thought i would share. For all of those out there or get discouraged when you only have lost a lb or 2 look how much that isn't in you body anymore.

This is 5 lbs.

So the next time you get upset that you only lost one lb. Look at this picture and just remember that is no long on you body.

I was just lying here munching on cheetos... Thamks to you and your pictures of 1 and 5 lbs of fat, these cheetos don't taste good at all anymore. Thanks for the visual... I am not trying to gain any of that back. No more cheetos for me - especially in the middle of the night.
