Abbaschild 0 Posted May 17, 2009 Hi everyone - I am new to Lap Band Talk... I have my surgery date, it is this Thursday, May 21st. I am very excited, nervous, excited and I just can't wait and nervous...! All that said this is how I really feel!!! :rolleyes2: I am going through True Results and my surgeon is Dr. Nirmul They have been wonderful and so have my insurance! RestlessMonkey 7 Posted May 17, 2009 Congrats! The only thing I needed in the hospital (I didn't stay overnight!) that wasn't obvious was lip balm. They give you an anti-cholenergic in the OR to dry you up and it works. My lips were SO DRY! I always care "soft lips" around with me and I was so glad I had it! :rolleyes2: Good luck!
