First fill?

:grouphug: My band was put on April 20th. My weight loss has stalled (Just like before when i was on a diet for a week or so). Will there be a big change when I get my first fill? I have been behaving and exercising but I feel that my capacity is too large right now. Down 15, 85 to go!

It takes most people 3-4 fills before they get the restriction needed to lose the weight you want. Sometimes you are restricted after just 1 fill, but that is not the norm. Good luck!!

I was banded March 16 and just had my first fill this past Tuesday. I am still on soft foods but not feeling as restricted as I had hoped for. In my support group they discuss having to have several fills before feeling the full restriction.
