mimmosa 0 Posted May 12, 2009 I begin my pre-op diet on the 25th and am trying to plan what I will drink so I can keep some variety. Since I don't want to drink pre-packaged shakes all day at work I thought about bringing smoothies with me to add Protein Powder to but I am concerned that in the five hours between getting to work and going to lunch that the smoothie may deteriorate.
