I think 3-4 weeks is good, if you feel well enough. Your surgeon is probably the best to ask about this, as he knows how your surgery went and should have a better idea of how long it will take you to heal.

We don't have Curves here, so I don't have any experience to offer advice.

Maybe start off with walking? That's what I do. I like it - it's good for stress at the same time. Of course, I'm not the most ambitious person when it comes to exercise...

If you cant do anything else you should walk, walk, walk. You will be amazed at what walking will do for you. Then once you have mastered the walking stage you can boost it up to running! Working out is very important!! Keep up the good work! :frown:
