How many grams should I be having?

Hi Everyone

Was wondering if anyone knew how many grams of Fat, Protien, Carbs & Fibre us Lap Banders should be having?

My calories are around 700 per day, but would be interested in any info relating to Protien, Carbs, Fibre & Fat.

Its best for me to try to avoid Carbs thats all I know! :thumbup:

this is what we are told at the dr.s office i go to.

Protein at least 62 grams a day

fat no more then 5 grams per serving

carbs no more then 15 per serving.

i hope that helps you out

and thats also with the vitiems you have to take everyday.
