thinneranniesoon 0 Posted May 5, 2009 SO EXCITED, I can't hardly see straight. I have new insurnace that started on May 1, it is with UHC. WELL... i called yesterday and today and was advised both times that doc needs to write a predetermination letter stating why the procedure is necessary, send that with my records from his office which he has from 2005 and now, and I will know within 30 days. I am told by the insurance lady in the office that we normally hear within the week. I could be banded by the beginning of June if all goes well. I have the psych appt on friday and the Nut and Cardiologist on Monday. I am also having the esophogeal thing done as soon as it is scheduled.
