I have been on "soft foods" for a week now. I went off pureed foods last week. According to my doc, soft foods are those that can be broken up with a fork, including ground beef and toast.

So I had 2 slices of pizza and some salad the other day. I did fine and chewed REALLY well, cause at that point it's soft! I'm not overeating, and if anything am not getting enough calories.

Do you think I did a lot of harm???:thumbup:

omw i so could have written this post! i've not yet eaten pizza and/or salad but the concept is the same. I feel fine...normal even and yet i am worried about everything. do i feel TOO good? do i not FEEL enough? is this going to screw it up? did i eat too much (after several days of eating out of a ramekin a regular sized portion seems gigantic) I am not getting enough calories either and yet I dont want to screw anything up. I've got nothing productive to help i guess lol just saying i feel your anxiety!

I have a feeling we are fine. I mean I chew the food to a pureed consistency, I guess if we don't then the problem happens......????

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
