Does anyone out there use an AB lounger? Does it work and how well? i'm just starting to work out again and am hoping for some good motivation. i'm hoping it works since i already own one. i bought one 2 years ago and was too lazy to use it. now that i've dusted it off and am finally using i hope i can get some results with it

I have one that sits in the closet... Does it work? I suppose that depends on what you expect it to do. It does work the abs and I might consider using it in conjuction with other ab exercises. But remember, while it may help tone and make your ab muscles more efficient, it's not going to do anything about the fat covering them. That's where good ol intense cardio come into play.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
