Babe 0 Posted April 24, 2009 i keep some good quality dark chocolate (like lindt) in the freezer. i break it up into smaller pieces ahead of time and then when i'm really craving some chocolate, i'll take out a piece or two and let it warm up on the kitchen counter. it really hits the spot cravings wise. also having to wait for it to un freeze prevents me from binging and gives me time to decide if i really want it. cristina 0 Posted April 24, 2009 I definitely second the Sugar Free Chocolate pudding topped with fat free reddi whip... sooo good! I also found a sugar free chocolate mousse mix that's delicious... the brand is sans sucre. Sometimes I just add a few extra splenda packets into my glass of iced tea and that satisfies the craving. Adkins has Peanut Butter cups out now that are really great. (disclaimer: I'm not sure how good they would have been to me before, but when I cut out sugar from my diet, the sugar-free things started to taste delicious!) There are also tons of 100 calorie packs out there that are great. I hope you find what works for you!

irishgal 0 Posted April 24, 2009 Thanks for all the great suggestions and the link to the website. The suggestion about waiting 20 minutes is great also. That "I want some candy and I want it now" portion of my brain is still active - much less active now but it still reminds me it is there from time to time.
