Hi!

I am new to this website. I was banded on August 26, 2008. My highest weight was 278 and today I weigh 213. I was banded by Dr. Keith Gersin at Carolinas Weight & Wellness Center in Charlotte, NC. I have a 9 cc Realize band and I am suppose to have 7.5 cc in now. I am scheduled for another fill on May 6th. I did not have a fill at the last appointment because I had lost 10 pounds. I have not lost a pound since that appointment April 1st. I have not found that "sweet" spot yet. I feel good restriction in the am, but lose it by the pm. I have found myself resorting to old habits and I think this is due to frustration. I am hoping to find the support I need at this website.

Welcome Wanda! I was banded on the 28th of August last year and it has taken me 7 fills just to start movin' down. I'm not at the sweet spot yet...but it sure is better than ever :smile:
