My buddy Jen aka HotLikeHer is Banded. She had her surgery yesterday and is doing pretty good. Please send her healing vibes. YEAH! Now it's competition time. I've got a few weeks jump start on her - but she's pretty determined.

I am home and doing good, not a ton of pain, but I regretted it last night I was in so much pain.... I asked my self what did I do to myself... today is so much better

Thanks again all, today is soooo much better , some pains when moving, but not really to bad... I slept on my tummy last night, just angled a little bit to the right side, not really all that hungry yet....
