StartingOver 6 Posted August 31, 2005 I like the small (like 2") pepperoni sticks. I think that 6 of them have only 2 carbs, 8 or 10gm Protein and 160 calories. I just took a quick visit to the Oberto website www.oberto.com and they have alot of high protein, low carb options, I want to try the new Beef Jerky Crisps. NJChick 3 Posted August 31, 2005 They do make those Protein bars that are low carb but be careful, if you get into stuff like that, the sugar alcohols might reek havoc with your system. And remember low carb frankenfoods are high in fat (well lots of them are). Now do you mean carry with you, like you can leave in your car or just carry with you through out the day? For daily stuff, there's: soy Beans (flavored or plain), almonds, Pork rinds, deviled eggs, deli meats & cheeses, celery, strawberried, cantelope, lc tortilla wraps, precooked turkey bacon, lc Protein Drink, lc chips at the supermarket, string cheese.
