I can't believe I didn't consider this before now, but I realized that I have a trip three weeks after my surgery! :smile2: Of course, I'm going to call my doctors office about it. But, I wondered if anyone knew about traveling with a new band. I had heard that sometimes there is a little swelling after flying. ThinWithin 0 Posted April 16, 2009 I wouldnt think its a huge deal since people fly into mexico to get the surgery and then fly back all the time. maybe do mushies or liquids on your flight days to just be sure to not agitate anything? good luck and where are you going? work or fun? :0) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
KMCD 0 Posted April 16, 2009 Actually, we are stealing away for some fun! Leaving the kiddos at home (with sitters of course) and headed to sunny Florida for a much needed break!!! letsgetitstarted 0 Posted April 17, 2009 Hi, I flew to India just 3 weeks after sugary and had no problems. I did take plenty of Water and food with me.
