Lynn B 0 Posted September 5, 2005 Hi, south of boston here. I will be banded on 9/12. my doc says that banding is on the rise - to me it just seems like a safer and more sensible option. I am in the program at BIDMC right now and just waiting to meet with the surgeon and hopefully schedule a date for later this fall! Any invaluable advice you could offer would be appreciated! bandayed 0 Posted September 15, 2005 Hey Lynn I had originally been referred to Dr Jones but when I went for the info session, Dr Schneider lead it, and I found him totally hilarious and very knowlegeable so I switched over. Haven't had my consult with him yet, they are hopefully reviewing my file TODAY and I will get an appt with him scheduled by this afternoon!!!! All other steps of the program are FInISHED!
