Hi trisha ann. Welcome to lapbandtalk! No matter what pre-op we have to go on, they all have one thing in common: They suck, lol. Hang in there......the pre-op diet is really for your safety. You can do it!!

Hi there ,

I'm a little scared 'cause I have cheated on my pre-op diet and I'm due to go in for surgery on Thursday. Too late to worry about this now. I'm just getting back on the horse and behaving starting NOW.
