The Inamed LapBand Pamphlet/Book

On another thread, Nancy (claraluz) mentioned that she didn't have the Inamed book. I remember when I didn't have a copy of that book, and how left-out I felt. So here is the link to the Inamed website page where we can download both the pamphlet and the book.

Just curious,

I was tired of my gravily printout copy so when I was at my doctors last week and asked for the Inamed Patient handbook and she brought out a book with a beautiful gal that looks like a shrinking Julieanne Moore on it.

Has the book changed from the Blue Butterflies to this?
