only 9 days since lap band

I am really new and have a few questions on diet, can anyone help me? Its only been 9 days since my lapband

operation.

well, i went to a chat room and found out that the band isn't even turned on until my first fill. And i am just healing right now.feel foolish, i thought it wasn't working.

I was the one that told you the band was not turned on....meaning it will take multiple fills to get it working properly.

well thank you dmwedding. I do appreciate the info. I am doing much better now tha i understand things. I am staying with liquids and mushy mushy's for the time being. Hopefully i can have a fill soon. I go see dr. M on monday. It's nice to be able to talk to some people. No one knows much about what Ive done here.
