ALuv82 0 Posted April 10, 2009 Hey! You're getting banded the same days as me. I also have a pre-op diet but it's only for 1 week, not two. I definitely get what you mean by emotions being all over the place. It's very exciting but defniitely nerve-wracking too.
lingling 0 Posted April 10, 2009 I totally know what you guys mean, i was a MESS!!! All I can say is that you will be fine and come out the otherside wondering what all the fuss was about! I kept motivated and excited by looking at all the success stories on the site and all the photos under the photo tab - just reinforcing that it's worth the hard work of the pre-op diet and the jitters and that a wonderful life lies ahead!! xx
shellynnrn 0 Posted April 11, 2009 The 27th for me too! I'm completely excited, I haven't had the nervous part yet. That will happen the day of surgery I'm sure. My pre-op appt is on the 17th but I called to ask about pre-op diets etc. They said the only thing I have to do is not eat or drink after midnight the night before. I think I will voluntarily do liquids beforehand jic. 16 more days!
