ParrotheadCathy 0 Posted April 8, 2009 If you are Type II Diabetic, it will elevate your glucose readings. It can make you feel hungry even though you really aren't. BeefromCalie 0 Posted April 8, 2009 I think it's all in a matter of how you let your mind control you. I was on prednisone once when I was on weight watchers. I was perinod about gaining weight. I think I worked harder mentally that week to make sure I did not gain weight and ended up having a good weight lost that week. Just stay focused and you should be fine.
