Finally got a surgery date!

Hi I have been going through this process since August 2008 and finally will be banded on May 8th. I have all of the different feelings excited, nervous and scared. Hopefully this time next year it will be a whole new me!

How exciting for you!! That's awesome!! It sounds like we were very close in starting our process together. I hope to be banded sometime in May or June. :smile:) I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery!! :smile2:

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
