Margo 0 Posted August 27, 2005 I, along with my PCP, decided that I would go off all my mediciations after surgery.....well, that was almost 9 days ago and so far so good except for the Celebrex for my arthrtis in my hips. My hips are killing me....anyone with a band and taking Celebrex? Has anyone tried Glucosamine chondroitin for their arthritis? Can I take this with the band? giveyouthemoon 4 Posted August 27, 2005 A lady at our support group asked that very question, if Glucosamine could be taken with the band and my surgeon replied "knock yourself out". Maybe that would be a good way to help with your hip pain and get your Vitamins all at the same time.
