Had my first fill today and have to say it was not as bad as I was thinking it was going to be...no big deal.

Now I figure the real work begins as to finding out what foods cause problems and which don't. Very excited to start this part of my journey.

Don't be surprised if it takes a number of fills to get you to the proper restriction. Good luck!
