I am due to have a band fitted 31st March by Dr christian de Bruyne in Belgium.Is there anybody out there with any advice for me as i am feeling very apprehensive at the moment even though I have been waiting for this for years.

Change is always scary. You'll be fine. This is exciting! It's just "cold feet". Imagine how you'll feel when there is so much less of you. Good luck and check back in after your banding.:tongue_smilie:
