Finally have hit my green-zone though and this week am down to 125.2 from 127.2kg. Feeling good about that! I haven't done last week's spreadsheet but I think I'll just wait till this week's weigh ins and then do two at once! I don't expect a loss this week - I'm about to go in for another fill, and I tend to gain a bit back before a fill - but weigh and report I will! What's the "spreadsheet?" Do like I did get a fill right before you go; that way if you go off track you get stuck, slim and spend half an hour in the bathroom....back to Soup, grits, oatmeal and Protein Drinks for me......no crabcakes in Baltimore :cursing: but I'm going to have fun anyway. I'm eating smaller portions and staying satisfied longer. OMW, J T, you look so much younger !!! You and B_G, both look 10 yrs. younger !!! Welcome back, lingling !! Hang in there. I have found that when I get discouraged, I log on here and start reading. Just reading about how everyone else is doing helps me get back on track. Catch you guys later !!! LOL...that's a good way to look at it. Unfortunately, I don't have enough restriction to even be ABLE to get stuck, slime, etc....not that i want to, but there are times I should have, but didn't.
