liquids- clear or full?

I can have Protein Shakes, yogurt, Jello. I always add Peanut Butter to my Protein shakes during this time also.

But every dr. is different. I only have to do it for 24 hours. Then take it easy the day after that.

I see under your name that you are a scrapbooker? I am too!!!! I love scrapbooking! Are you making a scrapbook about your banding journey? I am. I have one from just before surgery, pictures of me day of surgery and I get my picture taken on the 19 of every month to see my progress. I also had a nurse take my picture while I was getting a fill. It is so fun!!!(scrapbooking not the fill)
