Congratulations & Thanks. You definitely give me hope. It has been 2 years and 3 months since I got my band. I am currently experiencing a very looong plateau. I am constantly trying to revamp and switch things up to get the scale to continue downward. It gets so frustrating. Your story gives me hope that I can reach my goal.
