how much did you lose 2 wks post? 3 wks?

Hi there fellow banders! PLease share your losses with me. How much weight did you lose forst week? 2nd? 3rd?

I am sad...I am 12 days post op. Have followed my instructions so well...not lost a single size...as a matter of fact, my slacks are as tight as ever....why is that? It seems my abdomen is tight...or at least super fatty and not gone down at all.

I am about 50 pounds overweight. I drink 2 Atkins shakes per day. 1 small Soup. special k Water and low cal or 0 cal waters and Fruit drinks.

I have important meeing this week....friday...anything to jump start me?

Stats: 46 yrs old 5'10" 217 lbs pre op. now 12 days post op. havent weighed, but clothes are are all tighter than ever.

With being 12 days post op you are probably still bloated from surgery.

14 lbs in a month. 12 in the first two weeks; 2 in the next 2 weeks.
