I am really nervous and not really sure I know everything i should. So I joined this site to get some helpful tips such as what I can and can not eat. What type of weight loss people have had and to see if anybody lives near me that has had this. Corydon, IN. Hope to meet new people. mdepauw 0 Posted April 4, 2009 There is a TON of information online about lapband. Read everything you can find to help you prepare. I've only been banded since March 24th.
