lapdog 0 Posted March 19, 2009 Hello fellow banders. 3-5 for me and doing well except for wanting real food now and then. Still wearing same pants size and down at least 10lb, I think maybe due to swelling. I'm amazed at how much Water I can drink without feeling full. I'm sure after the first fill that will change. a little tip I use when making Protein Shakes, I flavor it with a very small amount of jell-o and that works great and saves on calories,I noticed the flavored Protein has 50 more calories that nonflavored.
